C&A is offering same-day access for mental health assessments for children and adolescents, addressing one of the mot significant barriers to care: long wait times for diagnosis and treatment.

WALK-IN MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT CLINIC: C&A's Walk-In Mental Health Assessment Clinic is:


  • Tuesday and Friday
  • 8:30- 10:30 AM
  • Belden Office - 4641 Fulton Dr. N.W., Canton

What can you expect?

You will meet with a clinical intake specialist, who will gather important information and complete required paperwork.


Please bring the following paperwork:

  • Birth certificate
  • Social Security card
  • Insurance card
  • Photo ID (parent/guardian)
  • Custody paperwork if applicable
  • Credit/debit card
  • Pay stubs or most recent tax return (for financial assistance programs)

Diagnostic Assessment:

After the paperwork is completed, you will meet with a diagnostic assessor. The assessor will conduct a comprehensive evaluation to identify the concerns and your child or adolescent's needs. Based on the assessment, you will receive a diagnosis (if applicable), engage in indentifying treatment goals along with recommendations for appropriate services.
