BUSINESS INTERNSHIP

Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health (C&A) focuses on meeting the social, emotional and behavioral needs of the 4,100 children and families we serve each year. 

C&A offers internships in business, marketing and sales for those students interested in a robust internship gaining practical, hands-on experience in one of the mentioned disciplines. This internship is a non-paid, on-site position at our Shipley office location. 

Duties/responsibilities for public relations/marketing:

  • Individuals seeking an internship should be attending a college/university or recent graduate in business administration/marketing.
  • Be able to perform tasks independently and be a contributing team member.
  • Be open to mentoring/feedback.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Have a strong grasp of AP style writing.
  • Be able to pick 25 lbs. or less.

Requirements

  • Resume 
  • Complete an in-person interview.
  • Two letters of reference
  • Completed agency-required application, fingerprinting and background check.
  • Upon approval/acceptance, complete a one-week orientation as scheduled by the agency.
  • If working with your school for university credit, provide paperwork and deadlines for evaluations.
