JENNIFER DYER
Since 2024, Jennifer Dyer has been the vice president of human resources at Kenan Advantage Group (KAG), overseeing organizational culture, talent acquisition, development, leadership and succession planning strategies.
Before joining KAG, Dyer was an executive leader in HR and Operations at the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank from 2011 to 2024. She launched and designed the full breadth of HR strategy, systems, policies, practices and culture. During her tenure, the Foodbank received its first recognition from the Employer Resource Council's NorthCoast 99 awards as a top employer in Northeast Ohio, with 10 consecutive wins to follow.
Dyer commenced her career in human resources at FedEx Custom Critical, dedicating over a decade to roles encompassing talent acquisition, talent development, leadership development and talent management.
She earned a bachelor of arts in human resource management from Walsh University in 2011 and underwent executive education programs at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. Dyer also attended Leadership Akron’s Community Leadership Institute in 2014 and graduated from Leadership Stark County’s Signature Program Class 34 in 2021.
Dyer contributes to the community through her involvement with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and as a board member of She Elevates, Inc. since 2022. In 2025, she joined the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health board.
She resides in North Canton with her daughter Gracie and son Presley.
Hobbies: Quality time with family, beach vacations, summer cookouts, concerts and Ohio sports.
