
Ross Fiorello

Ross Fiorello is the assistant clinical officer for leadership development. He has worked in community mental health for nearly 10 years. After starting out as a family resource specialist and case manager at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare, he became an outpatient therapist at Child Guidance and Family Solutions.
Fiorello joined C&A in 2017 as a clinical supervisor, providing clinical supervision to therapists, as well as completing intake assessments. Fiorello has also served on several committees at C&A, including CLAS-TIC, Zero Suicide Initiative, Learning Panel and Leadership Council.
Fiorello is a Licensed Clinical Counselor, with a supervisory designation. He earned his master’s degree in clinical counseling from Malone University.
