A native of Western Pennsylvania where the three rivers come together, Pittsburgh, Child and Adolescent (C&A) Board Vice President Dr. Linda Sklar moved to Mayfield Heights, outside of Cleveland in her teens, where she graduated from Mayfield Heights High School.

Sklar, a retired school administrator and speech pathologist, currently works as a speech pathologist (private contracts) for Canton SPARK and Golden Key for Exceptional Children.
