Courtney Shahen

Courtney Shahan joined C&A in 2017 as a receptionist at our Belden office location. In this capacity, Shahan served as the first point of contact for clients and families. Her many responsibilities included scheduling appointments, notifying clinicians of their client’s arrival and managing telephone calls regarding the agency’s scope of services. In addition, Shahan served as a resource and provided support to the staff.

In her new role, Shahan serves as the executive assistant to Chief Executive Officer Joe French and the C&A Board of Directors.

Prior to joining C&A, Shahan worked five years for First American Loans.

Shahan lives in Perry Township with her husband Dustin and her daughter Emily. The family has two dogs, Buddy and Sadie.
