Ardith Porosky works with teens and young adults offering many programs to help the 14-year-old and older clients to transition and navigate in the adult world. She is a school-based therapist, a Sexually Inappropriate Behavior Remediation (SIBR) therapist and a Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) supervisor.
Porosky joined C&A in 2014 and enjoys working with her clients. She likes the flexibility the agency provides flexibility for all levels of staff for work/life balance.

Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland, a master’s of business/HR from the University of Phoenix and a master’s of education-mental health counseling from Kent State University.
